CONNECTION OVER DOCUMENTATION

Lab Rats understand the importance of social media, however a lot of our events are No Phones events to make connecting and engaging with the talent and other atendees at the core of what we do.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Lab Rat Events are a small, intimate and exclusive experience. Bringing you up close with some of the greatest talents in the industry. We promote passion for music and connection above all, with an absolute intolerance for bad vibes, aggression towards other attendees or performers.

    Any drug use, abusive behaviour or over-intoxication will result in removal from the premises + a lifetime ban.

    No Phones Policy

    • Not all events are no-phone events, but please respect them if they are

    • Some events will share unreleased works and one-off experiences that need to be protected.

    No Smoking in the premises

    CCTV IS IN OPERATION AT OUR VENUE

  • Lab Rats do not serve alcohol at their events; please bring your own booze and look after your alcohol by keeping it on you at all times or storing in our storage bins in the studio hallway.

    Please be aware that we advise bringing only one bottle / drink that you can have on your person at all times to prevent risk of spiking. Leaving unattended bottles is AT YOUR OWN RISK

  • Entry

    • 18+ Events everybody will be ID’d upon entry & tickets will be scanned

    • No phone events, phone cameras will be stickered over

    • Queuing is permitted 20 minutes prior to the opening set time

    • You are permitted to leave and re-enter as you wish, but must show your stamped hand for re-entry

    We are above the coffee barn, our door for entry to the left of the coffee barn / barneys.

  • Lab Rat Studios is a small space that can hold a maximum of 30 people, so to keep things fair. It’s first come, first served and no guest list or plus ones are permitted.

    Artists on the lineup can bring 2 friends if it’s a live event and up to 20 if it’s a private event

  • The studio is an intimate space with adequate clothing hooks for outside wear. Charging points are also avaliable in the studio

  • Tickets are non-refundable

    Ticket transfers may only take place if the ticket vendor permits

    Resale is not permitted under any circumstances

    If caught reselling for profit, the original purchaser and resale buyer will be banned for life with no refund.
